1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using InstaReview services, hardware touchpoints, or dashboard portals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not deploy or interact with the platform.

2. Compliance with Review Platforms (Google Policies)

InstaReview assists merchants in soliciting genuine customer sentiments. In strict compliance with Google Maps and local business review guidelines:

• Merchants shall not coerce, bribe, or pay customers for 5-star reviews.
• Customers retain complete autonomy to write and publish their authentic opinions.
• The AI drafting assistant provides suggested phrasing only; final text submission is executed entirely by the consumer on Google's own platform.

3. QR Code & NFC Hardware Usage

Physical materials (QR stands, NFC cards, counter stickers) provided or self-printed via InstaReview must be positioned ethically in physical retail or dining establishments. Tampering with or redirecting links away from the authenticated domain is strictly prohibited.

4. Private Feedback Handling

Feedback collected through internal 1–3 star routes belongs to the respective merchant for customer resolution. Merchants agree to treat consumer contact information respectfully and in accordance with relevant telemarketing and privacy regulations.

5. Service Availability & Liability

InstaReview is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted uptime or specific search ranking guarantees on third-party search engines.
